Hi, I'm Michelle! In my 20s, I spent years performing competence while quietly falling apart.

At the peak of my youth, working in a well-established regional role in communications, I was functioning well on the outside but there was real trouble on the inside.

That tension - between what I showed the world and what I was actually experiencing - eventually culminated into an eating disorder that lasted three years.

Who knew it would become my life's work?
Who knew others wanted more textured lives, just like me?

That was just the beginning.

Today, I'm a psychotherapist, women's coach, mindfulness practitioner, and certified Search Inside Yourself facilitator. It has been overwhelming embarking on this unintentional pivot. It has also revealed unhealed parts of myself I needed to turn towards in order to serve others more intentionally.

I hold a Masters in Counselling and have trained with some of the most rigorous wellbeing programmes in the world.

I've spoken about mental health on TEDx, CNA, and TODAY. I deliver wellbeing programmes at SMU and NTU.

Working with teams at Facebook, Cisco, Citi, Deloitte, Chanel, the Prime Minister's Office, and thousands of individuals in between, the reason I facilitate SIY isn't these credentials.

It's still because I know what it costs to keep going when you're running empty.
