How to Build Compassionate Connection in 3 Hours Even In Moments of Disconnection:

Start Co-creating Strength-Based Attachment that Lasts

Stop the Spiral. Discover How to Reconnect in Just 3 Hours... Even If You Don't Believe It Can Be Done.

Start Co-creating with Strength-Based Attachment that Lasts

You're here on this page, and that means you're looking for a solution.

To the squabbles.

The stonewalling.

The fights.

The distancing.

The never-ending worry if you can keep it together in spite of this pressure.

If you've been stuck in the same conflicts, feeling misunderstood, or wondering why loving each other isn't enough to stop the distance from growing...

Becoming the Antidote is your in-person reset.

Picture a future where your love conquers all.

You may not believe it, but the key is not to "cure" to your partner's problem.

The key really is to be a "vitamin" to your partner's needs.

I know what you are thinking!

"Michelle, Yi Shan, I don't want to air my dirty laundry in front of strangers in Singapore.

What if my partner gets angry in public?"

This is precisely WHY you want to be in this space.

You will NOT be asked to share your conflicts with the group.

All our exercises are strengths-based, not pathology based.

You might even be surprised that this approach has the potential to heal.

All exercises are done privately between you and your partner.

We provide the tools; you do the work in your own private bubble.

This is a curated workshop for couples in Singapore who are ready to move beyond surface-level communication tips and into understanding how your nervous systems and natural strengths actually shape your relationship. Not by trying harder. Not by fixing each other. But by learning how you're both wired - so you can stop triggering each other and start co-regulating from safety.

Love can be regained. Safety can be rebuilt. Together, you are the antidote.

*Designed to be restorative, not draining. You will leave with more energy than you arrived with.

Who This Workshop Is For

  • Couples who recognize patterns they want to shift before they escalate

  • Couples feeling disconnected despite loving each other

  • Couples where one pursues and one withdraws

  • Couples ready to understand their nervous systems, not just "communicate better"

  • Couples willing to do the work with expert guidance

This is not about fixing your relationship. It's about understanding how you're wired - so you can stop working against each other and start working from your strengths.

Becoming the Antidote: A 3-Hour In-Person Workshop for Couples on 12 Feb

Becoming the Antidote is a depth-oriented couples experience for partners who are committed and caring - yet caught in patterns that create distance instead of connection.

What if the very conflicts pushing you apart hold the key to bringing you closer together?

Research shows that securely attached couples don't just feel happier - they experience measurable benefits including greater emotional resilience, personal confidence, and even improved financial outcomes. Yet despite consuming endless content about love, most of us never learn how to maintain secure attachment when stress hits.

This 3-hour experiential workshop bridges that gap.

Drawing from neuroscience, Gottman Couples Method, and CliftonStrengths coaching, you'll move beyond insight into embodied action. Using your personalized CliftonStrengths Top 5 reports, you'll discover how your unique talents shape your relationship dynamics - and more importantly, how to transform what feels like incompatibility into complementary partnership.

Before this Workshop

  • The same conflicts looping without resolution

  • Feeling criticized or controlled by your partner's stress responses

  • Reacting from hurt instead of responding from understanding

  • Misreading each other's intentions during disconnection

  • Believing your differences make you incompatible

  • Wondering if it's supposed to feel this hard

After this Workshop

  • Recognition of nervous system patterns before they escalate

  • Understanding what your partner needs when they're stressed

  • Ability to pause and choose co-regulation over reactivity

  • Seeing how your strengths complement instead of clash

  • A personalized roadmap you can practice together

  • A felt sense that you're on the same team again

This is not about becoming different people.

It's about understanding how you're wired - so you can stop working against each other and start working from your strengths.

So you show up differently in the hard conversations, the tense moments, and the quiet times when connection feels far away.

This is what we build here.

Through neuroscience. Through CliftonStrengths. Through practice you can take home.

What Makes This Workshop Unique

You use your Strengths to succeed at work.

With our unique combination of corporate knowledge and therapeutic skills we can show how strengths support and nurture your couple communication and relationships.

We’ll show you why those same strengths are accidentally sabotaging your relationship and how to flip the switch.

What You'll Walk Away With

By the end of 3 hours, you'll have:

  • Decode each other's nervous system responses and attachment needs using a neuroscience framework

  • Explore how your Top 5 CliftonStrengths show up in conflict (and connection)

  • Explore and practice co-regulation techniques that signal safety to each other's nervous systems

  • Co-create a personalized relationship roadmap that leverages both partners' natural talents

  • Identify how to call forth each other's strengths during moments of disconnection

This isn't therapy. It's a practical, science-backed starting point designed for couples who want to stop stumbling and start building intentionally. Whether you're navigating everyday stress or deeper patterns, you'll leave with a clear roadmap and practical tools you can continue developing together.

Because secure love isn't found - it's built, together, strength by strength.

Pre-Workshop Requirement:

Each partner must complete the CliftonStrengths assessment and brings their Top 5 report to the workshop. The CliftonStrengths assessment consists of 200 paired statements. For each pair, you’ll select the statement that best describes you and indicate how strongly it applies using a 5-point scale, and you have 40 seconds to respond to each statement.

*Please note that this needs to be completed in a single sitting.

The Result

By the end of this workshop, you'll have a foundation you didn't have before.

Not a complete transformation - but a clear starting point you can continue building on together.

Not perfection, but understanding that makes the hard moments less scary.

Not a quick fix, but practical tools that work with how you're actually wired.

Because secure love isn't found.

It's built, together, strength by strength.

Testimonial

“I found Yi Shan helpful in helping me to understand and co-regulate my partner’s emotions. The polyvagal chart helped me to understand and track where my partner and I were in terms of our escalation levels. This allowed us to apply appropriate strategies that we had previously learnt and practiced in-session, to help each other to co-regulate even more effectively.”
