Inner Game is a depth-oriented group experience for women who are outwardly capable, accomplished, and driven — yet internally carrying chronic stress, self-doubt, or patterns that no longer reflect who they are becoming.

This is not mindset work, motivational coaching, or not about pushing through.

Inner Game sits at the intersection of psychotherapy-informed work, coaching, and nervous system regulation — held within a group container.

The work is experiential, reflective, and embodied.

Depending on the cohort, Inner Game may include:

Week 1:

Safety & Regulation Foundations

Develop awareness of your nervous system patterns and stress physiology.

Begin establishing internal safety and regulation as the foundation for sustainable change.

Week 2:

From Tired & Wired → Regulated & Clear

Shift out of chronic sympathetic activation and survival-based functioning.

Cultivate a more regulated, coherent baseline that supports clarity and resilience.

Week 3:

Mind–Body Intelligence

Strengthen interoceptive awareness and mind–body communication.

Rebuild trust in your body’s signals as reliable data for decision-making and self-care.

Week 4:

Gut Intelligence & Boundaries

Explore the gut–brain axis as a source of intuitive and physiological information.

Translate somatic signals into clearer boundaries and values-aligned responses.

Week 5:

Somatics for Release & Capacity

Work with the body to safely process stored tension and emotional load.

Increase nervous system capacity so you can hold more responsibility without dysregulation.

Week 6:

Intuition vs. Anxiety

Differentiate intuitive knowing from fear-based cognitive and nervous system responses.

Refine discernment so choices emerge from coherence rather than reactivity.

Week 7:

Energetics, Boundaries & Integration

Refine energetic awareness and personal boundary integrity.

Integrate learnings so regulation, self-trust, and coherence become your new baseline.

Week 8:

Intuitive Leadership (Real-Life Application)

Apply embodied self-trust to leadership, communication, and relational dynamics.

Practice acting from inner authority without over-explaining, performing, or self-abandoning.
